For over forty years the Friends Association has been committed to supporting the mission of Children’s TLC. The idea of making contributions of time, ideas and effort has been at the core of the Friends Association since its inception. Members are men and woman from all walks of life who participate in Friends activities or simply lend their support through annual membership dues. The Friends Association wants to inform and increase community awareness of Children’s TLC through local events, newsletters, and personal communication with friends, neighbors, and colleagues.
What’s New for 2010-2011?
The Friends Association supports Children’s TLC through a wide variety of activities ranging from more intimate gatherings to large events open to the public. This year we will organize fundraising events, make crafts, coordinate staff appreciation, speak in public, write articles, and welcome new ideas for community involvement.
Why join?
Friends Association members can be as active as they like. Some simply receive the Children’s TLC newsletter The Flyer and e-communications, while others attend meetings and events, or take part in the programs we offer. Members are encouraged to volunteer on a schedule that accommodates their busy lives.
Become a Friends Member
Help us make Children’s TLC even stronger. If you like to organize, create, network, write, edit, speak in public, or just contribute to your community, come join us! Dues are $65 to be a Friend, $125 to be a Best Friend, and $300 to be a Fabulous Friend.

Mark your calendar for Wednesday, September 15, 2010. We invite you to stop by Children’s TLC between 8:30 am and 10:30 am to enjoy coffee and light refreshments, with or without your children, and see what the Friends Association has planned for the year. Visit with friends, sign up for 2011 activities, and tour the agency.
