Nicholas is at Children’s TLC to receive support and therapy for autism spectrum disorder. Like many other 3-year-olds, Nicholas loves playing with dinosaurs and cars. An imaginative and physically active child, he’s improving his skills in significant ways.
Since coming to Children’s TLC, Nicholas has developed his ability to use verbal communication to ask for what he want and needs. He thrives on the social interaction he receives at school, and he picks up new skills quickly. He’s especially talented at visual tasks, including assembling 12-piece puzzles.
Nickolas’s parents love seeing the progress Nicholas makes day-by-day through his occupational therapy, speech and language pathology, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) autism therapy.
Our staff enjoys Nicholas’s vivid imagination, and we love hearing about his favorite animals—dogs and monkeys!
